WITCHDOCTOR DISCO - DJ CHRIS WARE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions. By signing the agreement/contract sent by post to you the booker, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions which form part of the agreement details as stated overleaf on the contract/agreement.  The fee and all the relevant details for the event are as stated in the contract/agreement issued to the booker. These were the details given at the time of booking, please inform me urgently if there are any errors.

A booking is fully confirmed once I am in receipt of the returned signed agreement/contract together with the non-returnable advance booking payment/deposit. The terms of this agreement do not allow for cancellation other than by mutual consent of both parties and confirmed in writing.  The Witchdoctor Disco - DJ Chris Ware will charge the following fees should a cancellation occur by the booker.

Within 30 days of the event date.The full contracted fee.

Within 60 days of the event date 50% of the full contracted fee.

Within 90 days of the event date 25% of the full contracted fee.

The stated advance payment/deposit is payable on the return of your signed contract/confirmation within 7 days of you receiving it, and the outstanding balance is payable on the night of the performance.    

It is the bookers legal responsibility to comply with and ensure that current Health and Safety regulations are in place and any place of performance is fit for the use intended. A safe electrical supply must be provided. All outside situations (Marquees/Outbuildings) must be dry and undercover and made safe for electrical, insulated and safely earthed. Ensure that there is sufficient TOTAL electrical power available for all of the service equipment and other contractors using the facilities.

At least 1 hour is required for setting up and 60 minutes to dismantle and reload equipment. This must be taken into account when planning any arrangements. If required an earlier set up time can be made by arrangement (before your guests arrive or before the meal). The booker is responsible at the end of the performance for the collection of any CD’s or property left at his/her own risk with the DJ.
